Clare McClanahan

Clare’s passion for travel and exploration has been ingrained in her since birth. With an Australian mother and an English father, she inherited a sense of wanderlust that has led her to traverse the globe ever since she can remember.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Marketing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Clare embarked on a gap year traveling around Australia and New Zealand. During this time, she fell in love with Sydney and decided to make it her home for the next five years. While there, she took the opportunity to explore various destinations across the Asia Pacific region such as Vietnam and Cambodia.

Over the past two decades Clare has forged a successful career in marketing, specializing in brand management across diverse industries   such as beauty, apparel, and cruising. Her work has taken her to exciting places like Beijing, Hanoi, Cannes, and Dubrovnik. 

Despite the satisfaction her marketing career brought, Clare felt a burning desire to follow her true passion for travel and to help others plan extraordinary experiences. She finds joy in curating unique itineraries while using her globe-trotting expertise to provide insider tips that elevate any travel experience.

Currently residing in Miami Beach with her airline pilot husband and their young daughter, Clare continues to explore the world with her family. She has a fondness for the Caribbean region as well as off-the-beaten-path destinations. Her passion for travel planning remains a constant driving force in her life, and she thrives on crafting unforgettable experiences for herself and others to savor and cherish.
