Highlights of Iguazu

The Great Adventure Tour

The spectacular Great Adventure Tour will guide you along 240 waterfalls and the surrounding Jungle of Iguazu National Park. The journey begins at the Sendero Yacaratía trail on the Argentine side of the park, where a truck will take you on a 5 km ride through the wild landscape to arrive at the floating platform at the Puerto Macuco Base. Here, you will transfer onto motorboats to embark on a 6 km ride through the Canyon of the Iguazu River, through the rapids and up to the falls.

The Devil’s Throat

Brave the suspended platform at the brink of one of the most impressive waterfalls in Iguazu Park, The Devil’s Throat. The striking u-shaped cataract stands at a height of nearly 300 feet and is the largest of the falls, responsible for half of the flow of the mighty Iguazu River tumbles. Head to the Three Musketeers Waterfall for a view of both the Brazilian and Argentinian sides of the Devil's Throat in all of their glory.

San Martín Waterfall

As the largest waterfall that can be safely approached by a motorboat, San Martín Waterfall serves as a dramatic display of the power of nature. As if the waterfall isn’t impressive enough in itself, fascinating bird species are often seen diving in and out of the water and rainbows emanating from the surrounding mist. No Iguazu falls tour is complete without a visit to San Martin Waterfall.

Travel Guide

The Iguazu Falls can be accessed from the Argentinian and Brazilian sides.
